As part of our “whole of project” service, Newart will install all products we supply or procure. Our installations team has installed furniture from Brisbane to Thursday Island, and everywhere in between. With our highly experienced team, we ensure everything is installed as required to the level of quality our clients expect.
To ensure our installation service is delivered with minimum possible disruption to the client, we complete an installation checklist prior to tendering on a project, and reconfirm this process prior to going onto a job site. This process includes checking access requirements, such as availability of loading bays, height restrictions, dimensions of stairs and elevators, as well as requirements of the client such as site inductions or removal of furnishings.
Each of our projects has a dedicated project manager, who will be the client’s first point of contact for any project related issues. This ensures accountability at all levels for the best possible project delivery.
